“Vitražo Manufaktūra” is located in a very special place of Vilnius old town – the historical Stiklių (Eng. “Glassmakers’”) street. Here, back in the 16th century, Martynas Paleckis opened the first glass manufacture in our city and started glass art tradition which lasts for centuries. “Vitražo Manufaktūra” gallery-workshop is located in almost the same historical place, in a building which dates back to the times of Martynas Paleckis and beyond. Underneath the gallery lie 16th century cellars that used to connect all Vilnius old town. Now a part of them is opened for visitors and art exhibitions and other cultural events are being held there.
We invite you to use our unique space for your needs:
- “Vitražo Manufaktūra” organizes individual and group stained glass lessons, courses, workshops
- We organize various educational programs for children and adults in Lithuanian, English and Russian.
- We invite you to hold your celebration – a birthday, family or friend gathering, bachelorette party or company event – in our gallery.
- We also propose you to use our space for other kind of cultural events. We can hold a presentation, seminar, conference, poetry reading or other kind of event .
